What did you study at Ball State?: Industry & Technology with Minors in Business Information Technology and Computer Technology

How did you first hear about Red Tech?: When I started at Spot (Red Tech’s sister company) 8 years ago, we had talked about creating our own internal TMS and then eventually a customer facing TMS. It started way back then and has grown to what it is now

What made you want to work at Red Tech and what keeps you here?: I enjoy working with a team of talented individuals who want to succeed and see their hard work pay off.

What does your day-to-day role look like here at Red Tech?: No day is the same at Red Tech, so it’s a bit hard to say what a normal day-to-day is. Typically, I am working with customers on transportation management software (TMS) solutions, internal sales staff on platform inquiries, and constantly doing research on features that we can implement into our software in the future.

What is your advice for soon to be graduates?: Show up early, leave late, and always offer to assist those that need help.

Describe Red Tech in one word: Innovative
